Too soon to even think about that? Never!
Taking time to spend ON your business is essential to make sure growth happens! No need to do it alone though!
As much as it would make life easier for us, businesses don't just grow and expand by themselves.
We're in control of the success of our businesses and knowing what you want, why you want it and how you're going to make it happen are all vital components to that success.
Just as setting your sat nav for a road trip takes the some of the stress out of the journey because you have a plan and a direction, setting goals and having a direction takes some of the stress out of your business journey.
If you're vague on where you want your business to be, then you'll be far more likely to drift and take longer to get to wherever that is (and you're not even sure where "there" is!) How do you know when you're succeeding where you want to be?
But goals and targets are scary! I don't know what I'll want in a years time!
Goals don't have to be set in stone! As for them being scary, if it doesn't fill you with a mix of uncontrollable excitement and absolute terror is it even worth it? 😉
It's perfectly ok for them to change as you work towards them. You might find that it isn't what you want after all, or circumstances might change so they aren't right for you any more. Maybe, as you gain more experience in your business, you decide that you have fallen in love with something else completely different and you may find that the one thing you really wanted to achieve, actually, isn't what you want anymore - and that is ok. You won't know unless you go for it though!
Setting yourself goals and targets just give you a focus and make things a lot easier to get done. You have a plan and know what you need to do. That alone stops a lot of wasted time and procrastination!

- Make it happen! Set those targets for 2025
- LOADS of group discussions and coaching to help you get clear on where you want to be by the end of 2025
- We'll even throw in some networking through the day as you get to know everyone
- When women get together, powerful things happen!
